For the wireless camera, the following are the steps on how to reset your device.

1. Switch your camera on.
2. Hold it and scroll up the black center of the camera.
3. Use a screwdriver or any pointed object to lift up the rectangular form on the center.

Press the reset button for at least five to ten seconds.

1. Wait for the prompt informing you that the device has been reset successfully.
2. However, wait for one to two minutes for the indicator light to flash blue.
3. Generally, reset takes about one to two minutes.
4. Just turn it back after the operation.

Reset Indoor Pan & Tilt Wi-Fi Ezviz Camera

Here are the steps to reset the Indoor Pan & Tilt Wi-Fi Ezviz Camera:

1. Look for a small “Reset” button on the camera’s rear if you need to reset the device.
2. Hold down the power button for 15 to 20 seconds until you hear the device confirm that the reset was completed. There may be a reset button in the Micro SD card compartment under the lens of some cameras.
3. Rotate the lens bulb upwards.
4. Locate the Reset button by opening the SD card container.
5. Maintaining pressure on the reset button for 15 to 20 seconds until the device indicates that the reset has been successful

Reset Outdoor Wi-Fi Ezviz Camera

To reset the outdoor Wi-Fi Ezviz camera, do the following steps:

1. Hold your camera then scroll up the black center of the camera.
2. Use a screwdriver or any pointed object to lift up the rectangular form on the center.
3. Press the reset button for at least 10 seconds.
4. A voice will come out if it is successfully reset.
5. A red light will also appear on the motorized pan.
